Amanda Glader joined Wintrust Community Advantage in 2021 and currently serves as vice president and is responsible for new business development and portfolio management.
Amanda has been in the HOA industry for over 10 years and joined the team to continue providing services and resources to boards, managers, and management companies. With an extensive background in association management as well as her financial acumen, she has been able to assist Associations through difficult decisions and processes to ensure the best outcome for the Association and the Owners. She understands the essential role Associations play in ensuring proper care for homes/communities and will work with clients to find the option(s) that will serve their needs best.
Amanda carries the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS (Association Management Specialist) designations which were earned through education and career experience and is continuing her education in order to ensure she is up-to-date on current issues to better assist her clients. She is also involved with Community Associations Institute (CAI) Minnesota Chapter and serves on the membership committee to continue the organizations growth.
